Changing your personal information
You can change any of your account information by calling Berger Bros at
800-542-8811 or 631-264-4160, by mail at 209 Broadway (RTE. 110), Amityville, N.Y. 11701, USA, or via e-mail at customerservice@berger-bros.com. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
Secure On-line Order Entry
All on-line ordering is secured by our SSL Secured Socket Layer 128 bit encryption standard. This provides for the highest level of security when you place your order without the fear that your credit card information will be compromised.
We also employ ScanAlert (Hacker Safe) to monitor our site 24/7. Hacker Safe helps protect you from Identity Theft and Credit Card Fraud
When you place an order, you will be asked to complete an order form. The order form requires your name, billing and shipping address, credit card number and expiration date. You should also include other information such as a primary and secondary telephone number (such as cellphone, work phone, home phone, etc.) which will allow us to contact you regarding your order if necessary.
To check the security of your connection when submitting an order, check the lower left or right hand corner of your browser window. An unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser) will indicate that you have accessed a secure section of our site.
